Will, I just read the excerpt in SI and wondered something. With all the other cloak and dagger stuff, is it possible (in your mind) that Dr. X doesn't really need a wheelchair and was further trying to hide his identity from your readers? I know this is pretty far out there, but I wondered nonetheless.

Oh, he doesn't need it at all. It was to make sure if he was seen, no one could say he was "about six foot" or whatever.

Well, I work in a book store and I expect the book in this week. There are a few hundred copies available in a few warehouses that take me about 3-4 days to receive...I ordered some more on Monday, so I expect them in this week.
