Bill Conlin gets a bit of a scoop on why there probably won't be a baseball World Cup anytime soon. With Dubya's callout to Bud, this issue isn't going away and I'll have more on this in the next UTK, but baseball's doing more than we think, but not nearly enough. Simply put, baseball must adopt the IOC (WADA) standards or continue answering this question ad infinitum. Worse, so will I.
